So I haven't done this the past year, and this is maybe a bit early, but whatevs! For those of you in the know, I tend to be horrible about actually doing Christmas cards and gifts but I am pretty damn good at making Christmas candies. As such, if you would like to receive goodies from me this year, please fill out the following poll!

(Defintions:

Fudge: Duh.
Truffles: Flavored chocolate ganache with a complimentary flavor coating
Toffee: Toffee topped with chocolate and almonds
Peanut Brittle: Also Duh.
Snowball Cookies: shortbread cookies with walnuts coated in powdered sugar

Okay, I think I've figured out my three costumes for next year's con season.

First is Belgium. Second is (finishing) Koumyou. Third is Kagamine Rin who will also serve as my emcee costume. I just need to buy two new blond wigs and figure out how to properly implement LEDs in costumes in order to make Rin look super bitchin.

I THINK I'M GOING TO START PATTERNING THIS WEEKEND. This is an exciting prospect. |D

So in continuation of my existence as a horrible person, I think that the world needs a series of fantasy-romance novels called "The Romanticore"

It could have such witty titles as "The Romanticore: Love Between the Griffins," and "The Romanticore: Cockaonce, twice, thrice!" or perhaps "The Romanticore: The Old Phoenix Rises Again." and in general just be a series of books about mythical creatures . . . in love.

I return from Florida, safe, sound, and un-sunburnt! \o/

The weekend was pretty much amazing and epic. We got to watch Up on the flight out and I once again bawled like a little girl along with katmaxwell at the opening. (llamrei did not cry with us for she has no soul, but it's okay we love her anyway)

Got to meet adesso and lindensphinx, the former of whom is adorable in ways that words cannot describe, the latter of whom is amazingly awesome as well, especially for listening to me geek out about academics and the like. Also small footnote here of sobsob the more I talk about grad school the more I want to go but also the more apprehensive and nervous I feel about it. /baaw

Sunday was spent mostly being huge nerds and playing Risk. There is really nothing more fun than playing Risk with Hetalia fans, it only makes me want to play it more often.

Monday was DISNEYWORLD!1 which was awesome in that we got to see Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen (sexy sexy man that he is) and ride Thunder Mountain four times in one day. But it also kind of sucked in that this is the third time I have been to a Disney park with Space Mountain and I still have yet to ride it because the damn thing insists on being closed every time I visit. :/

And then Tuesday was homeward bound after I slept in an obscene amount. I also wrote obscene things on the flight home which was kind of a pattern considering I wrote obscene things on the way out. At least I am keeping up on my word count, sort of, but I also feel as though I should make an effort to write something that doesn't involve smut or masturbation or inappropriate touching in the upcoming days.

I am also one day down, seven days to go on my work week from hell. Hopefully I can get more sleep tonight so that I am not so braindead tomorrow as I was today. Also hopefully things will remain slow so that I can keep up on my writing and studying Japanese. (I just got my registration card for the JLPT today, SO DAMN NERVOUS, AHH)
